Your ChinaConnectU membership is a single-user license. That is, an individual membership is for your individual use – not for your whole class or school! You are welcome to access your account from different computers (i.e., your laptop, your school or office computer, your smartphone), but you are not allowed to share your password with another individual.

We know that many members need to be able to share ChinaConnectU material with colleagues, and use it in the classroom, so we have lots of affordable options for group membership and institutional licensing. Just drop us a line and we’ll be happy to help you choose the right package. Just email Amy Fredsall at cservice@chinaconnectu.com.

If two or more computers try to access your account at the same time, you will automatically be locked out. Sorry about this – it’s an automated DRM system. To contact us for a quick fix, email cservice@chinaconnectu.com.

For your convenience, we offer PDF files of all our Encyclopedia of China articles. You are welcome to use these for educational and nonprofit purposes according to the following agreement: You may (at no charge) print or otherwise distribute up to 10 copies of no more than three articles per course or program. Please limit your downloads of Encyclopedia of China articles to a maximum of THREE articles per day. Our server will shut down if too many articles are downloaded in one day, so be considerate of your fellow ChinaConnectU-users when downloading materials. If you would like more articles, or more copies of one article, please contact us at cservice@chinaconnectu.com.
