The National Committee on U.S.-China Relations (NCUSCR) has a lot of useful information for teachers, schools, administrators, scholars, and researchers.

As part of the NCUSCR Fulbright-Hays Seminars Abroad Program, participants have created curriculum programs, and they can be found here. (Please read the “Curriculum Project Disclaimer” before using any of the materials in your classroom!) Ranging from K-12 to college levels, and from politics to history and art, these curriculum projects are an inspiration for everybody involved in education about China!

Information for Chinese teachers in the USA, host families, and host schools can be found here. The NCUSCR has prepared three separate handbooks to address each group’s specific needs, questions, and provide helpful tips and information. All handbooks offer practical advice on travel and living arrangements, reflect on cultural differences in both daily life and the classroom, and include travel suggestions, lesson plans, and other tips from Chinese teachers, host families, and schools.
