As we began to gather and test and share recipes for Chinese dishes, we discovered that the authors and academics we work with at Berkshire Publishing include many expert cooks and enthusiastic diners. Many of our colleagues share our interest in the history and culture of food. While your expertise may be Ming dynasty village life or contemporary PRC politics, you may also have a secret passion for Sichuan sauces or Mongolian hot pot. Perhaps you’ve traveled extensively in China, or sampled all the Chinese eateries of Vancouver or Paris. If you’re among this happy band, please tell us about your favorite dishes, cookbooks, and recipes! You’ll find a short, simple form below. If you’d rather send an email directly, please click here.
