Berkshire in Translation

Many Berkshire titles, including major encyclopedias, are being translated into Chinese and other languages. Berkshire books are specifically designed for international readers, with a commitment to clarity and an avoidance of purely American interests or perspectives. They are therefore ideal for translation. Here is a selection of books already translated, and we welcome your enquiries about rights to books listed in this catalog. Foreign rights enquiries are handled at our Great Barrington office: rights@berkshirepublishing.com.

To use chapters or articles for teaching, or republication in other books, payment is based on quantity and other factors. The simplest way to use Berkshire materials legally is to go through Copyright Clearance Center (CCC), though in special cases you may want to come directly to us.  CCC operates internationally and is widely used by schools, colleges, and corporations.
