A Palate of Fallen leaves

A palate of colors can be found in an arrangement of fallen leaves. One must remember that the color does not last long once the leaves have fallen on the ground. Every year is different depending on rainfall amounts, temperature and wind. These maple leaves had collected on the leeward side of two large rocks.
