Starred review for Berkshire’s Global Perspectives on the United States

We love all reviews–only asking that the authors’ or editors’ names be spelled correctly. (Tes, you sense a sensitive Christianson, whoops, Christensen.) But there’s nothing better than a starred review in Booklist Reference Books Bulletin, because that magazine reaches the widest spectrum of U.S. libraries and American book readers. We’ve just received the text of the forthcoming starred review for Berkshire’s Global Perspectives on the United States. I particularly love this line:

“A word of caution—U.S. citizens should prepare to be both revered and insulted. Not recommended reading for thin-skinned patriots; however, a great resource for academic, public, and high-school libraries.”
